We are seeking Quality Control Representative (QCR) to support the Intel project in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland. This role will predominantly be based in Ireland and the successful individual will be engaged on a contract basis for an initial 12 month period. Main Responsibilities and Activities: * Provide Quality leadership and guidance to the Intel Project Team to instil a quality, right first time philosophy and culture among all project personnel and contractors * Ensure full adherence to the requirements of the Project Quality Plan and full adherence to the requirements of the Intel Ireland Site Quality requirements * Ensure each portion of the work is planned and executed in accordance with all quality assurance and control procedures required by the contract. * Where existing Intel procedures cannot be followed, exercise STOP WORK AUTHORITY and report same to Intel QAQC Representative immediately * Ensure full adherence to Intel’s Clean Room Protocol Levels 1 to 5 at all times * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with agreed technical requirements and specifications * Regularly monitor welder certification for High Purity, CFOS stainless steel and PVDF piping systems. * Monitor welding logs on a weekly basis to ensure Intel specs are being met for documentation control. * Regularly monitor contractors bonding certification for PVC/CPVC welding. * Ensure Weld Library fully maintained and available for reference. * Monitor purge line maintenance and
